Managing Your CRM Connection

How to sync data, disconnect, reconnect, and switch CRM providers.

Syncing Data

  • Click the Sync Now button in CRM settings to manually trigger a sync
  • Syncs run as background jobs — you'll see the status update when complete
  • Enable auto-sync in CRM settings to keep data synced automatically

Disconnecting

  1. Go to Organization Settings → CRM
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. This removes the OAuth connection and stops all syncing
  4. Your previously synced CRM data remains in Revial

Reconnecting

If your connection expires or you need to reconnect:

  1. Disconnect the current connection (if still active)
  2. Follow the connection steps for your provider:
  3. Trigger a new sync to refresh your data

Switching Providers

Only one CRM provider can be connected per organization. To switch:

  1. Disconnect the current provider
  2. Connect the new provider following the guides above
