CRM Integration Overview
Learn what Revial's CRM integration does, which providers are supported, and what you need before connecting.
What does the CRM integration do?
Revial's CRM integration syncs data from your CRM into Revial to power the following features:
- Meeting briefings — Enriched with deal stage, contact history, and company info from your CRM
- Note push — Push meeting notes and summaries back to the linked deal or contact in your CRM
- Contact & company matching — Automatically links meeting attendees to CRM records
- Deal context — Shows active deals, pipeline stages, and deal values alongside your meetings
Supported Providers

Only one CRM provider can be connected per organization at a time.
Requirements
Before connecting, ensure you have the following:
- Revial role: Admin or Owner in your organization
- Revial plan: Medium or Sales tier (CRM is not available on Lite)
- CRM access: Admin-level access in your CRM to authorize the OAuth connection
- For Dynamics 365: Your organization's Dynamics 365 instance URL (e.g.
https://yourorg.crm4.dynamics.com)
