Managing Your CRM Connection
How to sync data, disconnect, reconnect, and switch CRM providers.
Syncing Data
- Click the Sync Now button in CRM settings to manually trigger a sync
- Syncs run as background jobs — you'll see the status update when complete
- Enable auto-sync in CRM settings to keep data synced automatically
Disconnecting
- Go to Organization Settings → CRM
- Click Disconnect
- This removes the OAuth connection and stops all syncing
- Your previously synced CRM data remains in Revial
Reconnecting
If your connection expires or you need to reconnect:
- Disconnect the current connection (if still active)
- Follow the connection steps for your provider:
- Trigger a new sync to refresh your data
Switching Providers
Only one CRM provider can be connected per organization. To switch:
- Disconnect the current provider
- Connect the new provider following the guides above
