Before connecting Salesforce to Revial, ensure the following requirements are met in your Salesforce organization:
- REST API must be available for your Salesforce edition. The REST API is included in Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, and Performance editions. It is not available in Essentials or Group editions.
- REST API must be enabled for your organization. A Salesforce administrator can verify this under Setup → User Interface by ensuring the API Enabled permission is active for the relevant user profiles.
Note: For details on API availability and how to enable it, refer to Salesforce's documentation on REST API availability and enabling REST API access.
