We are grateful for the opportunity to provide you with the Revial service ("SaaS Service") to which you are purchasing access under this Agreement.
CONTENT OF THE SERVICE
Step 1: Getting started
Revial provides the Customer with the right to use the Software Service, which includes a guided introduction and use of the Software with the following features:
Conceptualisation and pricing:
tools to build sales concepts, manage pricing models and packages.
Client-specific mapping and preparation:
systematic recording of customer insights and support in preparing for meetings.
Documentation and summaries of meetings:
structured recording of customer encounters and automatically generated summaries.
A personalised contact tool:
a multi-channel sales and social selling tool that enables targeted customer communication.
Monitoring and justification of sales stages:
role-specific arguments based on customer insight to support purchasing decisions.
Ongoing maintenance and customer support:
technical maintenance of the service, version management and expert user support.
TERMS OF USE
The Customer undertakes to use the Service in accordance with Revial's terms of use in force from time to time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The contract is valid until further notice. The licence fees for the service will be invoiced monthly in accordance with the current price list. Exceptionally, the first invoice will cover three (3) months' licence fees in advance, after which invoicing will continue on a monthly basis.
After the first contract period, the contract is valid for one (1) month at a time and is automatically renewed for the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Revial undertakes to provide the Deployment Services in accordance with the agreed schedule and to a professional standard.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Revial software per user per month: 79€ + VAT.
This agreement covers four (4) licenses. If the number of users changes during the contract period, the price change will be reflected in the next invoice. Invoicing for the contract period will always take place at the beginning of the contract period. The payment term is 14 days net. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on arrears and recovery costs in accordance with the Interest Act.
MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
The license includes maintenance and customer support for Revial's designated end users. Support services are available from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and at other times by special arrangement. The aim is to respond to support requests within 1-2 working days, taking into account the urgency of the matter. (support@revial.ai)
COOPERATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
Neither party is liable for force majeure beyond its control.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement shall be governed by Finnish law. Any disagreement shall be settled primarily by negotiation in a spirit of good cooperation. If no settlement is reached within sixty (60) days, the dispute shall be settled by accelerated arbitration by the Central Chamber of Commerce in Helsinki, in the Finnish language.
This Agreement shall also cover any documents annexed or referred to in it.'
