SERVICE CONTENT

Revial provides software service access with the following features:

Phase 1: Implementation

  • Conceptualization and Pricing: Tools for building sales concepts and managing pricing models
  • Customer-specific Assessments and Preparation: Systematic customer understanding documentation
  • Meeting Documentation: Structured recording and automatically generated summaries
  • Personalized Contact Tool: Multi-channel sales and social selling tool
  • Sales Stage Tracking: Customer understanding-based reasoning to support purchase decisions
  • Ongoing Maintenance and Support: Technical maintenance, version control, and expert user support

TERMS OF USE

The customer commits to using the service in accordance with the current terms of use.

DELIVERY TERMS

  • The agreement is valid until further notice
  • License fees are invoiced monthly
  • The first invoice exceptionally covers three (3) months of license fees in advance
  • The agreement renews automatically for the following month unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Revial delivers implementation with professional quality according to the agreed schedule

PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT TERMS

  • Price: €79 + VAT per user per month
  • Number of Licenses: Four (4) licenses
  • If the number of users changes during the contract period, the price change will be reflected in the next invoice
  • Invoicing: At the beginning of the contract period
  • Payment term: 14 days net
  • Late payments are subject to interest and collection fees in accordance with the Interest Act

MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

  • The license includes maintenance and support for designated main users
  • Support services available on weekdays 9-17
  • The goal is to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days, considering the urgency of the matter

COOPERATION AND PARTY RESPONSIBILITIES

Neither party is responsible for unexpected obstacles beyond their control (force majeure).

OTHER TERMS

  • Finnish law applies to the agreement
  • Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation
  • If a resolution is not reached within sixty (60) days, disputes will be resolved through expedited arbitration by the Finland Chamber of Commerce in Helsinki, in Finnish
  • The agreement covers all attached or referenced documents
